Freedom's Worth Fighting For

Peak Freedom Forum, working in conjunction with Liberty on the Rocks, the Pikes Peaks Economics Club and Americans for Prosperity-Colorado, will be hosting a three-part evening lecture series in February featuring renowned historian and Constitutional scholar, Dr. Tom Krannawitter, titled "Freedoms Worth Fighting For: A short course in the founding fundamentals." Click here for more information.

School Safety Forum

Given the recent gun violence near our school last Thursday and the other incidents that have occurred in close proximity of our campus over the past year, we are holding a forum on Monday, January 30th at 6 P.M. in the Vanguard Cafetorium to discuss safety and security issues and possible solutions. CSPD Officer Sid Santos with the Crime Prevention Unit at the Gold Hill Division will address issues and concerns of our school community and answer questions.  Please plan on attending this important event and bring your questions and ideas.

Buy SCRIP!

The PTO has generously agreed to put all profits earned from the Scrip Program (Gift Cards) towards staff salaries!

  • Through the Scrip Program, families and staff members can purchase gift cards from hundreds of stores and a percentage of every card goes towards these PTO profits.
  • The PTO will place an order the first Friday of each month.  The next order due date for scrip is February 3rd.  Gift cards are available within a week of purchase.
  • It's easy to purchase gift cards for your normal monthly expenditures (Wal-mart, Shell, Target, Chipotle) as part of a routine.  You are encouraged to use scrip for all your everyday purchases, such as gas, food, and clothing, in addition to gift giving.  Every card adds up to profit and benefits our school.
  • All Gift Cards are full value, meaning $25 used to purchase a gift card is worth $25 in the store.
  • For more information on the Scrip Program and details of 3 easy ways to order, please click here.
